Agreed. I was watching this anime last week and I was thinking "Yeah, another anime with a girl as main character and whole lot of boys," I really dislike anime like that, the result is really predictable.

Another Fushigi Yuugi! XD

f

Makes me wanna watch this anime. I mean, I've seen a magazine review on this aniem and they didn't really did well in liftening my appetite, but you've made it.

13 episodes is more than enough for me. :D

If shoujoboys says its good, so it should be good. *thumbs*

f

G Gundam. LOL.

I was only introduced to G Gundam while playing err... heck I forgot whats the name of the cd. But anyway, its just a fighting game, just like KOF and Street Fighters, except that you get to choose to use Gundams. And so I came upon Gundams that are not familiar to me. So I kinda checked through some sites and found out that the Gundam Domon was piloting represents Japan.

"If there's Japan, surely there's one Gundam for my country, too. *grins*"

And of course, there was one, but man does the Gundam looked crappy. *sighs* But anyway, this IS a Japanese anime, what do you expect? But definitely, a Gundam series not even on my list.

Great review, once again. I really enjoy reading this. :)

f

That's an awesome review. :) I've watched Midori no Hibi and I've got to say, it's pretty original of having a girl as your right hand. ^__^ I enjoy watching this anime as well so I really agree with all the above.

f

Lol. I've seen the art somewhere in the magazine. They look pretty realistic like you say. ^^ So we get to see another 3 score anime after Bleach. XD So if it's a 3 then I trust you; I'll skip this anime. >.<

f

I've seen FC, and to say the truth I don't really like it, well except the music they're great. Well I'm also one of the victims that was fooled by the simple drawing presentation, the style really looks old but it's in... 2005 if I'm not wrong.

I really don't like the twisting plots, it's really hard to understand. @.@

But this is a great review, nonetheless. But it's really hard for me to "feel" this anime.

p/s: Origa sang GiTS's opening. ^^

f

Bahahaha! Well, I have to agree with the review's score. Another Yuu Watase's typical works: main girl character with 2 or more boys falling for her, and the boys are mostly not a real/normal human like the girl. Well I guess the only good thing about the anime is the cute looking guys (no doubt about that), but the whole plot are just... well... ridiculous. There are quite numbers of times where I have to shake my first in front of the tv, especially where they just keep on going "Tamahome!" and "Miaka!" for quite a number of times in every episode.

Great review, just finished watching it today and well.... I'm just speechless. -_-

f

Yes! I agree. This is anime is quite underrated. But ah, those kids are jsut adorable don't you think? ^^

By the way, episode 16 has already been released, but the translation part wasn't so good... but anyways, Animax has already finished airing them, but I really wanna see more! >.< Owh and yea, great review. I really have to agree about the characters looking normal but what makes them all very different is their personality. That's really something. :)

Tsubasa-senpai rules!

f

Yes, I must say Honey and Clover II tend to be a little serious than before. But nevertheless, it's such a good anime which will touch your heart after watching every episode, well that's my case. I've yet to be 18, but I still enjoy watching this.

Great review. (along with the screenshots ^^)

f

I'm currently watching H&C. Though the sad thing is that I started right on episode 12. But I'll try to watch right from episode 1. I must say H&C is definitely not our typical Japanese anime plot; no world saving, no miracles, no lucks, no adventures, no too-outstanding cute girls and boys, just a piece of our daily life.

And not to mention the first ED is awesome. It makes the whole atmosphere soft and somehow matches everything together.

I definitely love this. Even my lil bro kinda like this one.

f

That's a good review. Gehehhe. Very straight to point and hm, it's good to give your own opinion. Wait, reviews are about giving out your own opinion.. hehhe. Nice review for your first. ^^

f

Yeao. ^^ I never get to watch Universal Century's Gundam series, so far I only learned them from SRW games. But I really like how the presented wars and their ideas in UC, because they don't revolve a lot around the characters like Cosmic Era do. A very nice and thorough review, nicely done, white. ^^

f

*rolls eyes* Too overly detailed review. >.< You reviewed every version of Resident Evil with so much... interest? Very well reviewed. ^^ I bet I need to read this stuff again once I get my hands on ps2, gehehhe. *thumbs up*

Nice review. :)

f

Path of Radiance huh...? Hm, is that an FE game in GBA? I never heard of it, not that I really update myself after Firem Emblem: The Sacred Stones though. But anyway, yes, I must agree that the support system is one of the unique features available in the game. Really must love it.

Hm... straight to the point synopsis, although you tend to restrict yourself from spoiling the fun, but >.< you really make me wanna play them game. ^^

f

Being a big fan of Chrono Cross myself, I'm actually quite happy at least, someone else has decided to write this one up. ^^ Well, for some reason, your review for story section wasn't straight to the point. You're actually telling us that it's basically a sequel to Chrono Trigger and stuffs like that, but you didn't really explain what's going in Chrono Cross itself.

Other than that, I have to agree with everything else. Especially when it comes to the graphic and music. Yasunori Mitsuda is indeed a great composer, plus the awesome 3d, I can't deny my love for Chrono Cross.

f

Oohh... Geneshaft is like Vandread? Not that I ever seen Geneshaft, or either heard of it, but if you say it's like Vandread... ^^ I really must see the presentation of all those mechas and stuffs. ^^ And for some reason, Geneshaft is like Vandread ne? The way you explain it, it really sounded like Vandread, except the part of the ugly mecha with a plank-like thingy at the head. But overall, that's a pretty neat, very detailed and nicely written review. Argh.. it urges me to watch mecha-fllled anime.
